I want my own business but don't know where to start

Good - you've come to the right place then!

"Most people never pick up the phone, most people never ask. And that's what separates, sometimes, the people that do things from the people that just dream about them. You gotta act. And you gotta be willing to fail."

Steve Jobs

You Need To become fearless with multiple sources of income

What?

If you have a job and you lose that job, you are in trouble!

If you have several sources of income then if you lose one, sure it is not good news but you can still keep going and concentrate on the others or develop another stream.

Research is the key - research who is looking for what and could you deliver that?

You need to develop a "Plan B"!  ..and possibly plans C,D,E & F as well!

You need to identify what could work for you.  The Human Project has ideas you can use.

Here are another 4 businesses for you to look at.

Why?

Technology has always changed the way we work.

All I need to run my business:

  • Wifi.
  • Laptop

That’s it.  I could run my business off my smartphone, but it wouldn’t be comfortable.  This wasn’t possible a generation ago.

My parents had to work jobs that were:

  • Manual
  • In-person
  • Low-leverage.

They didn’t have a choice.

But now, with global internet penetration, smartphone adoption, and information-communication technology, remote work is becoming the normal way of working.

This technology is:

  • Permissionless.
  • Free or low-cost.
  • Requires no qualifications.

Starting a business based on your interests and passions has never been easier.

The only problem is that getting distracted and doing nothing has also never been easier.

If you do Nothing, then Nothing is going to happen!

How?

How are you going to go forward from here?

2025 will be the year of the solopreneur.

"The progress of AI is scary.  We will see two patterns:

  1. Corporations replacing humans with AI-backed technology, thus making human workers redundant.
  2. Individuals leveraging AI to build a one-person business based on their interests and passion.

Either way, more and more solopreneurs will be entering the market.

Willingly or forced."

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”

Sacred?  That's a good thing!

So was I, and I wasted 40 years before making the change!  99% of life outcomes are decided by:

  1. Where you live.
  2. Who you marry.
  3. What you choose to do.

You can think of these as the 3 engines that power your life.  I can help you with No.3 and possibly No.1 but number 2 is up to you!

You now have a decision to make

All of this, of course, depends on your budget, but ultimately, it may be better to seek help rather than waste £ 000's as I have done and, more importantly, waste time!  You also need to decide on your capacity, capability and motivation.

Success is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration.

Go it alone

1. Go it completely alone - good luck with this one.  Do your own research, listen to countless Lambo-renting, Dubai living gurus who make £100,000 per week, pay them £000's (as I have done) and get nowhere!

2.  Look at our Services page.  There are a whole load of opportunities you can use.  All these are tried and tested.  If I couldn't recommend them they wouldn't be part of our "services"

Seek help

3. Invest £75 in our trial coaching programme.  This is to identify what we think will work for you based on 2 x 1 hour sessions coupled with some simple psychometric analysis to identify your strengths.  Then, if you want to go forwards from that we can talk about it.

4. You can buy a complete done-for-you online business together with mentoring and coaching from one of the industry's leading experts.  This is as near to a guarantee as you will ever get!  They are choosey as to who they take so it will be up to you to convince them to invest their time in you.  But in my opinion, this is the best there is out there!

5. If it is the right thing to do we can create a UK registered company for you, get you a bank account, start your bookkeeping and advise on other registry hurdles you have to overcome.  See "Business-in-a-box"

You have to be a UK resident or have someone as a UK resident to register the company - we can do this for you if you wish.

6. If this is still all a bit much, and I don't blame you, it can all be a bit overwhelming, we can form a joint partnership.

Even as a non-resident you can, in partnership with us, form your own UK registered company.

You do what you are good at and we look after the rest.  We will take a percentage of your business for this service but then we also  have a vested interest in making sure you succeed - we only get paid from your success.

This is a free channel but will in all possibility become a subscription channel as the numbers grow so join now while its free!

The purpose is to share experiences and explore opportunities as and when they arise so that we can all benefit.

Sorry -  this is the best picture I could find - although this one below is better but has nothing to do with the channel!!

And, if all else fails, e-mail me!
